These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the work portal operated by Nexelvibe Solutions ("we", "us", "our"). By registering for an account or using this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
To use this platform, you must register an account and complete our identity verification (KYC) process, which includes submitting a valid government-issued ID, a selfie photograph, and a digital signature. You are responsible for ensuring the information you provide during registration is accurate and complete.
This platform assigns data-entry style work (including captcha-format submissions) to registered users. Work must be completed within the timeframe communicated to you after registration. Failure to complete assigned work within the given deadline may result in account suspension and may trigger the consequences described in Section 5 below.
All work submitted is subject to Quality Control (QC) review. Submissions are evaluated for accuracy. You are required to maintain a minimum accuracy threshold as communicated to you; failure to meet this threshold may result in your submission being marked as failed and may affect your eligibility for payment.
Where applicable, payment for completed and approved work will be made to the UPI ID or bank account details you provide through the platform. We are not responsible for payment delays or failures caused by incorrect payment details submitted by you.
By registering, you enter into a work agreement with us. If you fail to submit assigned work within the given deadline, or if your work fails to meet the required quality standard, a penalty as specified in your signed agreement may become payable by you. Continued non-payment may result in further action, including but not limited to formal notice, recovery proceedings, and account blacklisting, as described in your signed agreement.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, repeated failure to meet quality standards, violation of these Terms, or misuse of the platform.
This platform is provided free of charge to registered users and is supported in part by third-party advertisements, including banner and video/interstitial advertisements that may appear during your use of the platform, including after submitting work. By using this platform, you acknowledge and agree that advertisements may be displayed during your session.
To maintain the integrity of the platform, we may conduct periodic identity verification checks during your work session, including requesting a live selfie capture. You agree to cooperate with such verification requests as part of your continued use of the platform.
We provide this platform on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
